Yes — every plan includes unlimited team members at no extra cost. Vantage has three roles: owner, admin, and member, so you can control who manages billing and settings versus who works with donors day to day.

Vantage has three plans billed monthly: Starter at $49, Growth at $99, and Pro at $179 per month. Pay annually and you save 20% — the equivalent of $39, $79, and $143 per month, billed yearly. Larger organizations can contact us about an Enterprise plan. All billing is handled securely through Stripe.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to begin. You get full access to the plan you choose so you can import your donors, connect QuickBooks, and try the AI features with your real data. If Vantage isn't the right fit, the trial simply ends — you won't be charged anything.

Starter supports up to 500 donors, Growth up to 2,500, and Pro up to 10,000. If you're managing more than that, our Enterprise plan supports unlimited donors. You can upgrade at any time as your donor base grows, and every plan includes unlimited team members.

Yes. You can cancel anytime, self-serve, from your billing settings — no phone call or email required. Billing runs through Stripe, so cancellation takes effect right away, and you can export your donor and donation data whenever you like, before or after you cancel.

Vantage syncs two ways with QuickBooks. Donors and donations flow in both directions, so a gift recorded in Vantage shows up in your books, and changes made in QuickBooks are reflected in Vantage — no double entry and no export-import dance. QuickBooks sync is included on every plan.

Yes. Vantage supports CSV import, so you can bring your donors and giving history over from Excel, Google Sheets, or an export from another CRM. Built-in donor merge and deduplication tools help you clean up duplicates as you go, and CSV export is included too — your data is never locked in.

Yes. You can generate and email donation receipts individually, and send year-end giving statements to every donor in one batch. Emails send through your own Gmail account or through Resend, so receipts arrive from your organization — not from a generic address your donors won't recognize.

Vantage uses AI for donor insights, an AI chat assistant you can ask questions in plain English, and smart action recommendations. Privacy comes first: personally identifiable information is redacted before anything is sent to an AI model, so names, emails, and contact details stay out of AI calls.
